Welcome to the terms and conditions of use for the Stars Like You Pty Ltd website.  Terms and conditions apply to the use and access of this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.  If you do not agree to be bound to the terms and conditions of this website you may not use this site.

You are provided access to this website in accordance with these Conditions and any orders placed by you must be placed strictly in accordance with these Conditions.

To use some of our great services or features that are made available to you; you will need to register.  When you register, you certify that:

• Modify or withdraw temporarily or permanently this website or any part thereof, with or without notice to you.  You confirm that we shall not be liable to you and or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the website; and /or

It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine if the conditions have changed. If you do not agree to any change you must stop using this website immediately.

Privacy

We treat all our customer’s information at Stars Like You confidentially.  We will keep all personal information on a secure server and your details are protected by your user name and password.  However we are not responsible for events arising from unauthorized access to your personal computer. You can visit our website and enjoy it’s contents without revealing your personal information.  Personal information is collected when you place an order, but a gift voucher, register for a service offered, subscribe to our mailing list, or join our loyalty program.  By committing to any of these services you give your consent to the collection of your personal data. Stars Like You will hold your information to

    •    i. Send you direct marketing material by email or post and

    •    ii.  Compile a customer profile to better understand you and improve our quality of service to you.

When entering any of our contests or prize draws, you provide your name, email address and mailing address.  If you win, we will send the prize to the address entered and notify you by email.  When you enter a contest or prize draw, you are also included in our newsletter list to receive notice of promotions, specials and new additions to our website. You may unsubscribe from this news list by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email received.

To better improve our website and service to you we collect the following statistical data; where you are and where you have come from on the internet (URL’s), and IP addresses and domain names, like your browser type, the country and telephone area code where your computer is located, the pages of our website that were viewed during your visit, the advertisements you clicked on and any search terms that you entered on our website and the date and time of your visit along with any information that was downloaded. We may collect this information even if you do not register with us.

You should be aware that if we are requested by the police, or any other regulatory or government authority investigating suspected illegal activities to provide you Personal Information and/or User information, we are entitled to do so.

We use cookies for our shopping bag to operate effectively, storing your ordering information needed to make your purchase. Also cookies allow us to recognize your browser when you return to our website, tracking your activity and what pages you visit, so we can build a customer profile to better service you.

Returns & Exchange

Our product is custom made to you and we will work with you to ensure your product is of the highest quality standard, however if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer you a credit note to the value of the product, less the shipping charges paid.  If the product is faulty we need to know, so please contact us immediately to receive your refund in full. 

Shipping

Merchandise purchased online will aim to be delivered within five to seven business days after accepting, processing and making, your order. We use reputable courier services and Australia Post to deliver to the address nominated by you.  All orders must be accepted by someone, if no one is available to accept your delivery, a card will be left notifying you that your parcel will be ready for collection at your nearest Post Office.

Order Processing & Making

If an item is in stock, an order will take approximately 1-2 weeks.  Out of stock items will take approximately 2-4 weeks.

• International deliveries
• 7-14 working days - $49.95

The International delivery charge does not include possible taxes or custom duties which may be applied by customs. Any customs duties, foreign taxes, import restrictions, or other fees are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend contacting your local government body prior to ordering.

We accept no responsibility or liability if merchandise is returned to us, is undelivered or if there is a delay in delivery which is beyond our reasonable control.
